Unless otherwise indicated, all product deliveries originate from the United Kingdom. We ship all products using standard expedited services to any worldwide destination. Estimated rates are provided for your convenience prior to purchasing by using the Shipping Estimator, however actual shipping and handling charges will be confirmed at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been despatched. You can also check on your order status or get tracking information by logging into “My Account”.
Depending on the type, quantity, weight, location and availability of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages arriving at different times to ensure your overall order is received undamaged and/or in the most expeditious manner. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.
IMPORANT NOTE REGARDING IMPORT TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES: The customer will be responsible for any applicable fees associated with import taxes related to any product purchase. We are required to include a commercial invoice with each shipment, indicating an accurate purchase price of all goods included. We encourage you to understand the impact of import taxes for your country before making a purchase.
We provide a Shipping Estimator not only at the product listing, but also at checkout. It’s important to understand the distinction in that the checkout takes into consideration the entire basket of items, whereas the product listing estimator only takes into consideration that single item. Shipment estimates are determined by the size and weight of the product. Please note that dimensional weight does apply where applicable.
Our goal is to despatch orders within 10-15 Business Days, unless otherwise communicated. Orders that require any special handling or assembly may take longer. We may be able to expedite orders in certain cases, please just contact us with any special requests.

Care and Handling of Products
We go to extreme measures to ensure the protection of your unique collectable product through the packaging process. Handling of products includes extra effort to package and protect your unique item. Collectable products generally are not replaceable and therefore shipments will require a signature.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
If you have received a faulty or damaged item.
Items received faulty or damaged will be replaced or, if possible, repaired to its original condition. If we are unable to replace or repair your item, we will arrange for a refund of your entire purchase price. Please contact the Customer Service team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and instructions will be provided on procedures for collection and return of the goods.
If you have received the wrong item.
Items shipped in error will be replaced with the originally ordered product. If the item is no longer available, we will arrange a refund back to the payment method for the original purchase price. Please contact the Customer Service team by email at email@example.com and instructions will be provided on procedures for collection and return of the goods. The correct product will be despatched upon receiving confirmation the wrong item has been received.
Collection of Items
If your items are faulty or damaged in transit or you have received the wrong item, we will collect your items at no charge. Please contact the Customer Service team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and instructions will be provided on procedures for collection and return of the goods.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for made-to-order products (such as framed items), unless the item is damaged or faulty.
All sales are considered final. Refunds will be processed as outlined above or for other reasons as approved by Customer Service on a case by case basis, provided an official written request is made within 7 days of confirmed receipt of goods.
Any approved product returns must be received within 30 days of purchase and will be at the expense of the customer, unless otherwise stated above. All goods to be returned must be in the condition in which they were received, complete with all the original packaging, labelling and the appropriate returns documentation. Approved refunds will be processed no later than 30 days from date of purchase and will be made to the same payment card used or by cheque if appropriate. However, please clarify with your payment provider or bank how long they will take to process the refund as this is beyond our control.
